3 SHEEPS FRESH COAST
Fresh Coast is an East Coast-style pale ale brewed for the Midwest. Like most beers of the style, it pours cloudy...and that’s on purpose. The haze lets hop oils linger on the palate, enhancing their naturally citrusy and tropical fruit notes. To get that haze, we cultivate a special Vermont yeast strain that’s only used for Fresh Coast. It’s a pain to manage for just one beer, but it’s worth it. It’s the kind of beer you can drink all day, with your feet dangling in the lake. Because we live on the “Fresh Coast” and that’s worth celebrating, right?ABV 4.7 | IBU 22
Hacker Pschorr Weiss
Brewed with 60 percent wheat, 40 percent barley - using top fermenting yeast, it is then slowly lagered and remains unfiltered throughout the finish.
New Belgium Fat Tire Belgian White
25 years ago we started brewing Fat Tire Belgian Style Ale. It became an iconic beer, and a symbol synonymous with craft. Now, for the first time, we’re adding a new beer to the Fat Tire family: Fat Tire Belgian White. Taking inspiration from our decades of experience brewing Belgian beers, Fat Tire Belgian White is made with Seville oranges and Indian coriander, both freshly ground less than a mile from our Fort Collins brewery. It’s a fresh, perfectly sweet, natural tasting Belgian White.

The aroma and flavor of a Weissbier with yeast is decidedly fruity and phenolic. The phenolic characteristics are often described as clove-, nutmeg-like, mildly smoke-like or even vanilla-like. Banana-like esters should be present at low to medium-high levels. These beers are made with at least 50 percent malted wheat, and hop rates are quite low. Hop flavor and aroma are absent or present at very low levels. Weissbier is well attenuated and very highly carbonated and a medium to full bodied beer. The color is very pale to pale amber. Because yeast is present, the beer will have yeast flavor and a characteristically fuller mouthfeel and may be appropriately very cloudy. No diacetyl should be perceived.ABV: 6 | IBU: 10 - 15

REVOLUTION GHOST RIDE
Technically, this is not a Kolsch Bier, because it was not brewed in the city of Koln (Cologne), Germany. It is fermented with a unique ale yeast that ferments out at cooler temperatures than many other ale yeasts, so it doesn’t produce as many fruity esters as many styles, but has complexities almost reminiscent of some white wines. The style is light-bodied, crisp, and refreshing – in part due to its extended cold aging/maturation- similar to that of a lager.ABV 4.7 | IBU 25
